We are pleased to announce that the container feeder vessel Munksund has been sold and will be delivered to her new owners in the coming weeks.

Acquired together with her sister vessel Tunadal in February 2021, Munksund has been an integral part of our portfolio for more than four years. During this period, she was consistently deployed in Northern Europe and the Baltic Sea. Benefiting from strong operational performance and favorable market conditions, the investment in Munksund delivered returns well above our targeted internal rate of return (IRR).

We would like to extend our gratitude to all parties whose efforts contributed to the vessel’s successful operations.

Lunasol Polaris is looking forward to the continued employment of her sister vessel Tunadal.
